The Coinsquad has a new home! As of today, we've moved into our bright, big, new office space in Toronto's King West neighbourhood.A change for Coinsquare and for our growthThis is not the first time we've moved - we previously were in a small Breather space in downtown Toronto back when we were only 20 people. It was cramped, but it was home.After we moved into our current digs, things grew like crazy. We hit over 100 people and continued to grow. That demanded more space, and we ended up opening three offices in downtown Toronto to keep pace.Adding more opportunities for collaborationYou may not know this about Coinsquare, but we have a lot of business lines.We have our main platformand Wealth offering, but we also have products and services for international licensing and capital markets. This new office is an opportunity for all of us to collaborate. We used to be spread across three offices in Toronto's downtown core - mainly due to our rapid growth.As we continue to grow, there's a lot of room for silos to rise, and we don't want that.Our new office has tons of collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and is anchored by a massive kitchen and social space. This will not only help us collaborate more effectively, it will ensure that we hear and act on user feedback even more quickly than we have in the past.Expanding Coinsquare's culturenews is everything to us. Without culture, we would have nothing as a company.
