We have taken internal proactive measures to ensure the wellness and safety of our team and we will continue to assess the situation and adapt our plan accordingly. The health and safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us. Coinsquare's disaster and recovery plan is designed for employee safety and business continuity in mind. Some of the precautions we have taken to protect our employees include:Enhancing office cleaning schedules to be more frequent, especially around areas of high traffic (bathrooms, elevators, food areas).Effective Thursday, March 12, non-essential visitors are asked to be rescheduled to remote methods.Increased amount of hand sanitizers available - at reception, food areas and meeting rooms. We are consistently adding more and are in the works of installing hand sanitizers in the elevator, lobby and main floor. We are monitoring any employee case where there is concern of COVID-19 either in the form of symptoms or travel. While we are informed that the risk of COVID-19 infection in Canada remains relatively low. we believe that a proactive response is the best measure to ensure that our team is safe and prepared in the event the risk becomes greater.
