The North American Securities Administrators Association has announced Operation Cryptosweep, an investigation into digital currency scams. The operation includes over 40 U.S State and Canadian regulators, seeking to stop fraudulent investment schemes.

MUFG will begin testing its own digital asset to be launched in 2019

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ will test it's a digital currency with 100,000 customers. The project has just completed a year of internal testing and is planned to go live in 2019. Each MUFG Coin will be equivalent to one Yen.
